Objective
In my current position as Process Consulant MES I am responsible for the coordination of planing and implementation of MES enterprise software in manufacturing industry. Each project needs to be organized by adherence to schedules and evaluation of risks as all of this projects take place in a process-critical environment.
To achieve the specified milestones in each project as scheduled a proactive communication in regular meetings will be done. This will limit and avoid issues during projects. In case of escalations there will be the possibility to discuss further activities right in time.
Multi-project management is business as usual, no Micro management! Continious project controlling does make sure that each milestone will be reached in the scheduled time.
Management of communication between customers and internal resources.
Deep Knowledge of communication network and network security as well as experience in various standard operating systems (Microsoft, Linux and Apple).

I work intensivly, reflect critically and avoid rigid problem-solvingpatterns. In critical situations like escalations I am able to demonstrate empathy with customers to understand their aims and to resolve problems and reserve their concerns. Furthermore many tasks require collaboration and the ability to reach out across an organization to resolve complex business issues.
Based on my experiences it is mandatory to cultivate good relationships with customers or internal resources at all professional levels in the company.
